The practices in the Three Lochs Medical strategic alliance don't provide Out of Hours care.
Out of Hours is the urgent care provided by GPs when GP medical practices are normally closed: in Argyll this means weekdays before 8am or after 6pm and all day at weekends.
Out of Hours cover for patients in Inveraray, Furnace, and Minard will continue to be provided by Lochgilphead Medical Practice who are based at the Mid Argyll Community Hospital.
Out of Hours cover in Strachur and Cairndow will continue to be provided by the rural Cowal GPs who are based at the Strachur Primary Care Center.
